Sheldon Gross is Chairman of Gross Securities Corp, which he co-founded in 2012. Mr. Gross oversees all aspects of the business including acquisitions, investor relations, operations and dispositions.

Mr. Gross’ business experience spans 50 years in the Canadian real estate, business and financial sectors. Mr. Gross attended Columbia University in New York State where he studied business administration. His business experience includes owning and operating some of Canada’s largest and well known businesses. In 1960, Mr. Gross became President and CEO of National Rubber, a company with over 600 employees. In 1980 Mr. Gross became Chairman and principle owner of Para Paints, growing the company over 20 years into one of the most recognized paint companies in Canada. In 1987 Mr. Gross became Chairman and Founder of the Equitable Trust Company (TSX: ETC), helping to guide its growth into one of the largest financial services companies in Canada. In 2003 Mr. Gross started Gross Capital, a real estate investment firm that purchases, develops and manages commercial real estate on behalf of Canadian and US investors. Mr. Gross philanthropic initiatives include supporting many of Canada’s most established charities, hospital foundations and educational institutions including Huron College at the University of Western Ontario, the United Jewish Appeal, and is a lifetime member of the Board of Governors of Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, Ontario.
